The successful candidates will supervise the issuance, management and cancellation process of bonds

Duties:

Implement the bond management strategy
Authorise, review, advise and approve executor Bonds
Act as an information steward
Oversee and coordinate the executor bonds process
Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Law / LLB
5years experience in the administration of deceased estates
2years experience in overseeing the functions of deceased estates (Supervisor Role)
Knowledge and understanding of the procedures and policies regarding deceased estates
