Our client, currently one of the largest Adventure Tour Companies in Africa is seeking an experienced Tourplan Administrator to join their dynamic and vibrant team in the Cape Town CBD office.

Duties will include (but not limited) to:

Daily Allocations
Support administrator modules
Create and maintain SOP's, Reservations booking, loading services, rates, allocation changes
Running of scripts, CX / CF
Loading of tours and packages
Message lay out - Invoices, rooming lists, requests
General Trouble Shooting
Api / Host Connect: Website integration ensure that the integrations and functionality is working as it should
(Back up) Maintenance: Assure the backup script is working
SQL Server / ICOM services / Apache server: Monitor and ensure all services have started / restart when needed
Training new/existing staff on different modules

Minimum Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will need to meet the following:
Tourplan Certification or proven track record of Tourplan Administrator experience – NOT NEGOTIABLE
Min 1 year working experience on Tourplan
Strong Individual that can work on their own
Excellent critical thinking skills
Computer literacy & proficient at MS Office – Word, Excel
Tour Operator/Travel Agency experience a massive bonus

Salary on offer: R9 000 – R12 000 (experience dependent) + Benefits
