A very high volume franchised dealership is looking for experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team

Min Requirements:
3yrs experience in a Service Advisor role
Clear criminal and Clear credit record

Job Details:
Booking in cars
Opening job cards
Seeking fleet and customer authorities on client repairs
Allocation and follow up with feedback of jobs
Costings of job cards
Manage maintenance contracts of vehicles being booked in
Client efficiency
Handing over of vehicles to client
Customer Service
Involvement in customer concern resolution processes
Direct dealing with clients

Candidate Requirements:
Must have a valid Drivers license
Must have a good CSI record
Must reside in Durban
Good personality
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor
