Experienced Automotive Service Advisor required- Durban

A very busy car dealership in Pinetown is looking for a Service Advisor to do the following:

Job Details:
Booking in cars
Opening job cards
Seeking fleet and customer authorities on client repairs
Allocation and follow up with feedback of jobs
Costings of job cards
Manage maintenance contracts of vehicles being booked in
Client efficiency
Handing over of vehicles to client
Customer Service
Involvement in customer concern resolution processes
Direct dealing with clients


Candidate Requirements:
Must have a valid Drivers license
Must have a good CSI record
Must reside in Durban
Good personality
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor
