Qualifications: Scrum Master: PSM I or II, CSM, CSP
IT Software Development qualification/ or Business Analyst qualification
Agile Coach Skills
Solid Agile implementation experience
SDLC experience
Change management
Experience in the use of conflict management techniques) and negotiation skills
Background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Advantageous)
Excellent facilitator leading and demonstrating to the team, the value of adopting agile values and principles
Very good English language skills
Understanding of Team Development Stages
Broad understanding of the Software Development process which includes understanding IT terminology
Continual self-improvement – growing your craft; blogs; scrum user groups/forums/gatherings; on-going professional development
Salary R 45 000 per month Gross but negotiable.
