Must be registered with the South African Nursing Council as a registered nurse, as well as a qualified midwife and have experience in a Nursing/ Unit Management capacity.
Must have relevant experience and technical skills to meet customer centric goals and critical outputs accompanied by excellent clinical leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage and must be able to function and problem solve independently and within the team.
