Manage all processes and costs related to the execution of orders from supply units to distribution partners and continuously provids good customer service and sales support.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric + Tertiary qualification (diploma/degree) in supply environment/function/CPIM qualification

Minimum 5 years experience in a FMCG environment in Imports & or Exports role.  Knowledge of LEAN principles and planning will be added advantage

Computer Literate in – SAP / MS Excel / MS Word / Power Point

Job Responsibilities:

Imports/Export order execution

Ensure effective communication between all supply role players

Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and invoicing

Ensure necessary pre and post inspections

Manage all shipping activities for orders

Ensure accurate freight documentation are completed and controlled for each order shipped

Manage the process of documentation flow of shipments

Ensure legal requirements for shipping documentation to inbound and outbound customers are strictly adhered to

Assist debtors and sales

Ensure stocks is managed effectively and accurately ensuring no write-off risk to the business

Assist in registration process of new products

S & OP Process

Ensure involvement in, and driving S&OP with relevant input

Insure effective communication between all supply role players

o-ordinate sales demand requirements and ordering constraints

Utilization of systems

Implement robust systems and procedures to manage in- and outbound function effectively

Utilizing SAP system in an innovative and effective manner

Processing and creation of purchase orders

Cost Management

Utilize Inter Company Pricing and customer pricing accurately to

Project Management

Ensure involvement in projects and initiatives

Managing and driving LEAN projects within area to ensure cost and process efficiency

Provide ad hoc support to Supply Manager

Relationship building

Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with all external suppliers and customers

Training & Training

Train and develop associates as needed

Reporting

Utilize of the SAP system  to maintain a high level of financial and stock accuracy

Generate periodic reports highlighting KPI tracking
