Responsible for production planning, scheduling of products, considering production capacity, constraints incl monitoring of delivery schedules, stock levels as well as Mn units
Monitor availability of transport + equipment for export and liaise with service providers such as shipping lines on a daily basis to ensure on time delivery to customers
Ensure timeous communication to agents and customers in terms of schedules, delays, short shipments or any order changes to maintain good working relationships and a good customer satisfaction index on an on-going basis
Ensure reduction of quality issues within marketing
Keep Product Control Systems updated with current information and deliver reports to management in order to ensure updates in terms of production, logistics and sales
Adhere and comply to all HSEQ legislation, policy and procedures at all times
Lead a successful high performing team to ensure growth and sustainability
Adhere to the section cost control measure, leading to improved efficiencies
