My client in the Manufacturing industry is currently seeking the expertise of an Export Sales Representative for their offices on the Eastrand.

Duties Include:

• Overall responsibility for the sales performance of export sales
• Formulating sales plans and initiatives for export
• Maintain existing export markets and customers
• Identify and establish new markets for the products
• Undertake relevant strategic and operative planning with particular reference to export
• Setting up and nurturing distribution networks in African countries
• Compiling and submitting relevant reports and handling of sales administration
• Visit clients as per agreed cycle.
• Develop customer profiles, analysis and reports
• Maintain existing client base and obtain new business in Africa

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 year degree/diploma in Marketing
• 5 years’ work related experience
• Experience in export marketing into Africa SSA (minimum 3 years)
• A strong customer service orientation
• Multilingual, Portuguese / French an advantage but not essential
• Ability to travel very frequently into Africa
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
