An Export Controller has a wide range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process. They track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress. They coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.

An opportunity for a candidate who understands the dynamics and challenges in this industry has become available. Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years’ experience in the Export field. Candidate should be able to handle from start to finish.

Key duties:
• Handling of the manifest
• Dealing with clients directly
• Tracking of Export goods
• Dealing with shipping lines
• Updating clients
• Invoicing of clients
• Dealing with various authorities
• Dealing with custom documents
• Ensuring all export documents are in order, e.g. SAD 500’s, BOL; Instruction list; proforma invoices etc.
