Permanent senior level position in the Sales industry.
Largest Leadership Management concern of its kind in Africa is currently in search of a dynamic, highly energised outbound sales WINNER who is able to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across our multi-levelled client base. You will be a key role-player in the sales cycle and will be expected to consistently drive new business acquisition opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Marketing/Sales qualification would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Well-developed analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Own vehicle & drivers’ license essential

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Increase our footprint into existing and new markets within Gauteng.
Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop a unified approach that is in line with operational strategy
Plan territory calls as per call cycle (time utilization)
Take responsibility for delivering a monthly KPI (Key performance indicator) of sales accepted opportunities
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
Client Relationship Management – maintain stats on weekly and monthly basis.
Continuous improvement & development of product knowledge & leadership development.
Weekly and monthly training & development of entry level business developers
Attend sales meetings /conferences/training course as and when required
Ad hoc responsibilities in line with the operational strategy of business
