Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a diverse Client base.

Previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is essential

Previous SALES / COLD CALLING experience is ideal too

Must have experience in dealing with difficult clients.
Must have stable career and longevity in previous positions.
Must be target driven and ambitious and determined to prove yourself for growth within the company.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Must have Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience in dealing with diverse clients is ideal.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate in providing high service levels.
Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work relevant shifts/hours.
