General Manager – External Product (ISP)

The General Manager (GM) will need to successfully represent the current roles of the CEO, and projects and Operations manager.
Experience Required:
At least 8 years’ experience in a similar role including but not limited to the following minimum requirements:
• A formal IT or relevant business qualification
• 5 years’ experience in managing software development teams and deploying and implementing software.
• 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership and management position.
• Strong knowledge of building & designing IT systems.
• Knowledge of ISP systems and industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Radius is a strong advantage.
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent understanding of financial management.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan and manage a company’s performance.
• Manage operations and processes within budget.
• Demonstrate the ability to increase efficiencies and productivity of resources.
• Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
• General and senior management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Strategy
o Executing the strategic and vision of the company’s internal Stakeholders.
o Defining long-term goals in line with the company’s strategy and developing clear plans to implement them.
• Finance
o Creating business plans to support the company’s financial objectives.
• Customers
o Retaining and continue to support existing customers and developing organic customer growth.
o Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Operations
o Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
o Manage all aspects of the business’s day to day functions including but not limited to development, administration, accounting, HR, sales and marketing strategies.
• Product
o Maintain and expand the product as directed by the business strategy.
o Maintain adherence to industry and related legal practices and requirements.
• Reporting
o Report to internal stakeholders on items such as finance, performance.
