A well established company in Jet Park is looking for the exceptional services of an External Representative to join their exciting team. The sales representative will ensure that targets are achieved and that the company generates new business through constant customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Seeking out new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within established region.
- Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager
- Supervising and servicing established accounts
- Preparing a variety of sales reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets
- Handling customers as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
- Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to the Sales Manager
- Update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database.
- Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients
- Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity with the assistance of your area partner (Internal Sales coordinator)
- Preparing proposal, presentations, and sales contracts
- Establishing and maintaining new established client relationships.
- Participating in marketing events like trade shows, seminars, and telemarketing events
- Managing account services through follow-up and quality checks
- Developing and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock
- Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales
- Provide training on new sales employees
- Provide weekly feedback relating to lost sales back orders
- Submit weekly call sheets to the sales manager as well as call planners for the week ahead
- Ensuring that COD customer accounts are kept up dated and regularly
- Any additional duties as required by the Line Manager

Attributes:

- Work may require significant local travel to current and potential clients. Work requires willingness to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel and overtime
- Being client orientated - polite, responsive and persistent
- Being ambitious, confident and able to take Initiative
