Must have a Grade 12 qualification
Minimum 5 years in external sales with proven sales record
Experience in "Fasteners" would be an advantage
Must be computer literate
Needs to be self-managed and self-motivated
Must look professional and be well presented
Must have excellent communication and people skills (written and verbal)
