A busy resort hotel with restaurant and banqueting facilities seeks an experienced 4-5* hotel f&b manager to oversee the department and 30 staff. Tertiary hospitality diploma and minimum 3 years in a f&b manager position essential. Also assist GM in all aspects of hotel management. Applicants who do not have the above specific experience in hotels, will not be contacted or communicated with!
