F&B Manager - HERMANUS
LIVE-IN position with very lucrative market related salary (indicate salary upon application)
Previous experience in a 5 STAR HOTEL or similar environment, as a Food & Beverage Manager
-Excellent food and beverage knowledge
-Excellent communication, organisational and management skills
-Must be well organised, strong in controls and administration of department
-Ability to order, oversee and control beverage stock
-Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurants and bar
-Must be able to supervise a staff complement
-Must be able to interact with guests, dealing with their requests, complaints and queries.
-Knowledge of Micros/Easipos beneficial
-Well groomed, friendly and presentable
-Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Must be a team player
-Willing to work shifts – able to be flexible
-Willing to constantly give on the job training
