F and B Manager - Bela-Bela

We are looking for an experienced FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER to join this new opening, 5 star Lodge, situated against the backdrop of the magnificent Waterberg Mountain Range in the Limpopo Province.
This position requires the following job spec/trade but are not limited to:
3 to 5 years’ experience in Managing a fully operational F&B department with a staff compliment, in a 5 star establishment,
Valid Food & Beverage Qualification,
Basic Financial Understanding,
Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook),
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Sales Orientated, Honest, Passionate,
Ability to manage a Food & Beverage Department as a business unit.
Staff Training
Valid RSA Drivers licence
Valid RSA ID
Excellent Track Record
Advantage will be experience in Point of sale system – PLUS POINT
Duties /Responsibilities
Staff Management (Training, Performance & Appraisals, Client Service, Policies & Procedures, SOP’s),
Development & Implementation of variety of Food & Beverage Procedures,
Able to achieve targets,
Equipment and Stock control,
Design, Implement and Manage Shift Schedules for staff,
Establish Food & Beverage budgets and Financial goals,
Monitor operations and ensure compliance with health, safety and high gene industry standards,
Accounting (Cash Flow, Bank Deposits, Budget, General Financial Statements)
Respond to client inquiries and/or complaints,
Develop & Implement marketing strategies,
Be able to work in a remote area.
Salary on offer
Basic Salary, depending on experience and skills
Live-In accommodation
13% Provident fund, paid by the company
Meal per shift
13th check after completion of 12 month employment payable in December.
