4* game lodge with 60 rooms seeks candidate with minimum of 3 - 5 years experience within a 4-5* hotel or game lodge environment in the position of F&B Manager + a Formal qualification in Hospitality management. MS Office and POS experience, valid drivers licence and own car essential.
