Our Client, a large Hospitality Management company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and manage F&B Operations in their Multi Outlet - Conference and Entertainment Operation in CapeTown.Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage +- 600 staffControl and manage stockDaily inspections of front and back of house ensuring all standards are met.Responsible for revenues, training, expense control, operating equipment, departmental payroll, budget achievement including all cost control.Implement and adjust menus including pricing.Plan and manage staff levels.All relevant departmental HR matters to be resolvedDaily weekly and monthly reportsControl and manage cash including bankingControl and manage assetsAnalyze and interpret daily operations resultsDetermine and implement corrective / proactive actionManage point of sale systemWorking knowledge of labour legislationKnowledge of operational standards and proceduresA strong sense of analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, results focused, self motivating, strong leadership skillsGood staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concernedAn independent thinker to manage creatively and competentlyBanqueting management.Manage team performanceManage Customer relationship
