Hospitality Management qualification with further 2 years experience
in the F/B department of a 5* property.
Game Lodge experience is a requirement.
Supervise Food and Beverage department & mangement of the restaurant
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Represent needs of the team
Assist Food and Beverage management.
Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
Previous Food and Beverage experience
