Our client, a leading Chrome Mining Group is looking for a FA Administrator Club - Stock Controller at their facility in Steelpoort in Mpumalanga.

The incumbent will be responsible to administer the recreation club stock control in accordance to Company policy and legislative requirements

Participate and comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)

BUSINESS PROCESSES
Generally oversees the management of purchase, receiving, storing and issue of stock.
Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.
Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times and reduce stock levels.
Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.
Ability to calculate stock variances and to track these to the source.
Oversee the standard of merchandising to ensure appropriate presentation of stock.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure products are of consistent quality.
Supervise the maintenance of the storerooms and ensure proper arrangement of stock.
Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing losses.
Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time.
Make note of damaged and expired inventory.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Weekly stock audits.
Monthly stock take.

Requirements
Grade 12
Relevant 3 year experience
Relevant 3 year qualification will be advantageous
Computer literate
Experience and knowledge in software program (Pilot),
SAP
MS Outlook
