• MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS
• MANAGE COSTS
• STRONG CLIENT RELATIONS
• PROFESSONAL, PRESENTABLE IMAGE
• STRONG BUSINESS WRITING SKILLS
• ABLE TO WORK INDEPEDANTLY
• VALID DRIVERS LICENCE

The Role
• To manage and guide site team to accurately execute projects according
• To supervise execution of Aluminium Curtain Walls, Cladding, Shop fronts, Rain screens and Solar Shading, and Aluminium Doors and Windows
• Run multiple projects to time and budget
• Coordinate projects through procurement, design, manufacture and installation
• To provide proactive resolution and constant feedback regarding any project issues
• To preparing weekly and monthly project reports.
• To plan and track labour and materials to meet programme requirements
• Track and follow up on payments and claims
