Khanyisela College is looking to hire a Facilitator for Business and Management modules. The successful candidate must have a background in education, and be able to develop training material.

This candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Preparing for and facilitating classes of up to 25 learners at a time
• Assist learners where required to successful understanding
• Drive assessment and the completion of portfolios of evidence
• Oversight of quality assurance aspects of portfolios of evidence
• Complete the required reports as per College requirements
• Compulsory attendance of meetings
• Participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the College
• Serve on College professional committees

Preferred candidates would have the following criteria:
• ETDP Certificate; Teaching Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Education
• 18 - 34 years old
• An unendorsed driver’s license
• Good computer skills and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
• Well-presented and well spoken
• Excellent writing skills
• Willing to train and travel within the Kouga region

Previous experience working in a training institution will be an advantage
Fluency in IsiXhosa and/or Afrikaans will be an advantage

The successful intern will receive a stipend. Professional training will be provided to successful candidates.
