A large financial services company seeks an experienced product and soft skills facilitator to facilitate the designed training and development programmes for the management development needs within the business.

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• NQF Level 5 training qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a learning facilitator in the life insurance services industry
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the facilitation of management development programmes
• Experience of project management will be an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of skills development
• Proven experience and knowledge about applicable legislation
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally

Key Outputs:

• Assist the manager with the monitoring of the expenses related to the training budget
• Facilitate the scheduled learning and developed programmes for managers
• Administer the designed assessments
• Assess the application and integration of learning into the workplace
• Facilitate mentoring and coaching sessions
• Give input for improvements and enhancements to the development of the learning material
• Assist the manager with the sourcing and selection of appropriate learning programmes and service providers
• Ensure the adherence to the quality assurance processes
• Compile monthly reports for the area of responsibility
• Assist the manager with identifying and implementing of key learning and development projects
• Evaluate customer satisfaction
