Facilities and Supply Chain Administrator

Our client is looking for a Facilities and Supply Chain Administrator to join their team.
Description
Main Responsibilities
· Administrate company cell phone arrangements
· Handle all queries on phones
· Work closely with the IT department regarding issuing and repairing of cell phones
· Plan, control and manage all purchases related to cleaning materials from approved suppliers and control the issuing of such to the cleaning staff
· Manage outsourced cleaning service provider
· Purchase all canteen consumables and control the issuing of such
· Ensure fair distribution of such to satisfy staff while controlling costs and avoiding abuse
· Control the collection and shredding of paper by approved service providers
· Distribute courier documents and incoming mail from reception to recipient / department
· Assist in purchasing furniture and any other goods where required
· Receive guests and supervise to the head of supply chain office and offer
· Create and administer all purchase orders related to finance, supply chain and technical departments
Minimum Requirements
· 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
· Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management
