Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Engineering / Technical Degree
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in leadership roles within Facilities Management, Maintenance, EHS and Engineering in Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment Methodologies
- Experience in management of audits and authority inspections
- Financial / budget management experience
- Technical knowledge of facilities management, local building codes, EHS and other regulatory standards
- Contractor management experience
- Experience in Multi Services Contract management
- GCC will be an advantage
Purpose:
Provide effective facilities management services in the following areas:
- On-Site Utilities Management
- External raw materials tanks
- Building maintenance
- General services contract management
- Fleet management
- Security services management
- Energy management
- New utilities installations
- New building construction projects
- Fire protection systems and emergency alarms
- Waste management
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance of facilities areas to the company QA and EHS standards and programs
- Follow National Safety and Environmental regulations and local authority permits
- Develop a robust business continuity plan
