This is a 6 month fixed term contract position

Reporting into the Group Manager - Sustainability

• Qualifications in FM and/ or SAMTRAC ( e.g. FMPA 3600S)
• NOSA Investigation training ( e.g. NOSA level 3)
• Occupational health and Safety training (e.g. BTC)
• Risk Auditors Training ( e.g. OHSACT)
• Project management skills
• Professional membership with SAFMA ( South Africa Facilities management Association)
• Professional membership with SAIOSH ( South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health)
• Track records in doing fire drills & office evacuations
• Commercial acumen – Budgeting skills ( this budget is very large)
