Requirements:

Team Leader with a proven track record in a large maintenance department with a thorough understanding of all the relevant technical aspects of maintaining the KZN region

Grade 12, N3 Electrical qualification, computer skills essential

Managerial Diploma or certificate with at least 2 - 3 years in a management position

5 - 6 years relevant technical experiece namely electrical procedures, painting techniques, plumbing processes, carpentry techniques, tiling paving and metal work

Project management exposure would be advantageous

Thorough knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, National Building regulations

Medical background will be an advantage
