FACILITIES MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER
EE Position
A leading Facilities Management company is recruiting for an experienced Facilities / Property Manager. The purpose of this role will be to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regards to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and also to ensure that outputs are maintained as per the client SLA and Management contract.

• Building and Complex Management
• Technical Service Management
• Security Management
• Finance and Asset Management
• Liaison with Client Internal Customer Groups
• Client Management Reporting
• People Management
• Health and Safety
QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 3 to 5 years experience in Facilities, Technical Environment, Soft Services, Property or Project Management
• Good financial and business experience
• Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in facilities management
• Knowledge and understanding of client SLA’s
• Operational experience at Managerial level
• Valid drivers
• Own reliable transport
• Knowledge, experience and understanding of LRA – labour relations matters
• Good understanding of OHSA
• Excellent communication skills
