Company vehicle is provided to travel to buildings but own transport is also required in case of necessity/emergencies

Attending to the control, management, maintenance, cleanliness and repair of the Property and equipment, including supervision of any sub-contractors appointed
Carrying out regular inspections of the Property
Management of service providers for whom detailed schedules of duties shall be maintained
Liaising with and supervision of on-site building staff
Obtaining and assessing quotes, making recommendations and ensuring orders are correctly issued
Preparation of and management of expense budgets
Carrying out or appointing the necessary professional service provider if required, to carry out regular comprehensive assessments of all facilities in the Property e.g. lifts, air-conditioning, electrical reticulation etc. to ascertain the condition, the service and maintenance requirements, the anticipated major overhaul and/or replacement dates, etc.
Preparing and instituting a service, preventative maintenance and replacement program in respect of the facilities
Liaising with tenants/owners/members as necessary and attending to their reasonable requirements
Ensure the building complies with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Ensure the building complies with prescribed fire regulations
Maintain electrical COC’s for the property
Project Management of Tenant Installations and maintenance work on the Properties
Liaising with the Landlord, attending regular landlord meetings and preparing reports for meetings
