FACTORY / BUSINESS MANAGER (PRECAST CONCRETE), NELSPRUIT, RNEG, CV
• Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.
• Relevant tertiary technical qualification (Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering)
• 5 Years experience in precast concrete manufacturing environment
• Must be computer literate
• JDE Experience
Responsibilities:
Effective and complete running of production, mechanical, technical, industrial relations, safety and training of employees in the Business Unit, including:
• Business & production planning and management against budgets.
• Manage efficient response in respect of business and operational contingencies
• Proactively implement effective business, team and individual performance management across the business
• Effective implement a “zero harm” safety strategy across the business, and ensure full compliance to all safety legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Ensure Quality management of all processes across the Business Unit.
• Ensure good corporate governance and effective financial management of the business.
• Manage human resources and labour relation issues
• Deliver positive HSE results
