Qualification:

NDip in Mechanical Engineering



Skills & Experience:

Supervisory experience

Preventative and Planned Maintenance

Machine including CNC Machines, Gillets, Press Brakes

Manufacturing of sheet metal experience (advantageous)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supervisor role



Job Description:

The roll entails 80% Management and 20% hands-on work. You need to have a solid understanding of Machinery: Punching Machine, Gillet, Press Brake and CNC machines. Have the ability to work under a lot of pressure and manage a team of 50 people including Artisans and General Workers. Be responsible for carrying out Planned and Preventative Maintenance as well as ensuring machines have limited down time during production.
