Our Client in PIETERMARITZBURG requires a Maintenance Manager, with a minimum of 10 years proven general mechanical skills and experience to head their factory maintenance team.

Must display proven ability to:-

Implement planned scheduled maintenance
Effect unplanned maintenance effectively
Verify maintenance systems
Manage staff effectively
Diagnose breakdowns
Initiate maintenance strategies
Implement / involve Health & Safety regulations
Control / order spares as required
Repair and maintain equipment (hands on as and when required)
Call outs as and when necessary.

Fault finding
Quality control
Application of Health & Safety principles
Welding, fabrication & technical
Proven ability to plan & schedule.
Computer literacy
General maintenance & mechanical skills
Qualifications:-

Trade tested as Boilermaker / Fitter / Millwright
Management / Supervisory certificate / diploma
