Matriculated with relevant tertiary education, ideally a BSc or B Tech. Preference given to candidates from plastic or FMCG manufacturing. Candidate must have previous factory management experience. Responsible for both maintenance and production management. Efficiency targets, minimise scrap, budgets, quality conformance and safety. Asset care and capital justification. Project management and implementation.
