Requirements:
National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) (advantageous)
10 years' FMCG industry experience
5 years' experience in a bakery production environment

Responsibilities:
Leading and driving compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation
Identifying training needs and executing accordingly
Project management
Quality management
Budget control
