Our client in the Stanger area is recruiting for a Factory Manager, controlling of production performance to plan and ensuring performance to schedule


Maintain plant Efficiency above 95%

Control and maintain all customer tooling, jigs and fixtures and CF's

Control quality to customer requirements i.e. 0 PPM, 0 SSN, 0 Line stops

Control stock levels of raw materials and finished goods

Monitor production machinery and facilities maintenance cost

To ensure that continuous improvement is stimulated in all areas

To manage the efforts of all subordinates to achieve the plastic divisional goals and objectives

Must be proficient in IR/HR matters

Create good working environment for all employees

Attend to all customer queries on quality and delivery


T4 Mechanical Engineering and related plastics and production diploma

PMI or other management qualification

5 years Production experience in Injection Moulding with emphasis on process engineering

5 years toolmaking experience
