KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Controlling of production performance to plan and ensuring performance to schedule.
Maintain plant efficiency above 95%.
Control and maintain all customer tooling,jigs and fixtures and CF's
Control quality to customer requirements.
Control stock levels of Raw Materials and finished goods.
To manage the efforts of all subordinates to achieve the goals and objectives.
Monitor production machinery and facilitates maintenance costs.
Be proficient in IR/HR matters.
Create good working environment for all employees.
Attend to all customer queries on quality and delivery.
To ensure that continuous improvement is stimulated in all areas.


REQUIREMENTS:
T4 Mechanical Engineering and related Plastics and Production Diploma.
PMI or other management qualification.
5 years production Experience.
5 years toolmaking experience.

PERSONAL SKILLS:
Sound management ability and Business Acumen so as to meet budget and profitability requirements.
Be able to work under pressure.
