Main Purpose of Job

• Facilitates the promotion and execution of sales
• Manages and implements all process and controls in the store
• Manages store staff

Dimensions / KPIs

• Supervision of factory mart personnel (Ensuring that staff perform all functions efficiently and effectively)
• Assisting customers with product selection (Advise and technical assistance)
• Process sales transactions (Operates cash transactions accurately and efficiently)
• Completes and balances cash ups with counter sales reports daily (No excess cash to be left unbanked and has to be reported)
• Monitors the stocking of shelves, stock rotation and organization of merchandise. (By using the ODBC and order sheets)
• Monitors stock replenishment to ensure adequate factory mart stock (Checking of orders, stock levels and stock receipts)
• Monitors stock receipts to ensure accuracy
• Building customer loyalty
• Initiates the display of merchandise to promote sales
• Adhere to the company policies, rules and standard operating procedures
• Providing customers with quotations
• Reporting any irregularities to the Sales Manager
• Achieving sales targets
• Ensuring trade compliance is effective
• Growing on sales targets
