Minimum Requirements:
• Senior Certificate
• 1 year telesales experience
• Good communication skills preferably English and one African language(read and Write)
• Motivated and disciplined individual able to work in a team
• Target driven ,energetic and passionate about sales.

Duties:
• Work at the head office in the Customer Service Centre.
• Call and reactivate inactive clients in our database
• Verification of new client’s application forms
• Retention and up selling of new products to clients
• Signing up new members who are leads from the existing clients.
