Requirements:
Senior Certificate
1 year telesales experience (in the insurance industry will be an advantage)
Good communication skills ( preferably English and multiple African languages)
Self motivated and disciplined individual able to work in a team
Target driven, energetic and passionate about sales
Completed regulatory examinations and qualification in the insurance industry will be an advantage

General Duties:
Work at the company head office in the customer service centre
Call and reactivate inactive clients in our database
Verification of new client’s application forms
Retention and up-selling of new products to clients
Signing up new members from leads received from existing clients
