A leading International Automotive manufacturing company is seeking an experienced FAP (Problem Resolution) Coordinator for a contract period of 12-months, starting January 2017. Salary TBA
MINIMUM Requirements
1. QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum National Diploma in a technical field (Mechanical/Electrical)
- In 3-4 Years Engineering Experience in Automotive Field
- Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Sound technical knowledge of motor vehicle components and systems & vehicle manufacturing processes
- Be computer literate with high competence in Excel and PowerPoint
2. CANDIDATE MUST BE
- A strong analytical ability & able to work independently
- Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solving ablities
- Computer / systems literate (trainable on Group systems)
FUNCTION:
- Moderate problem solving process i.o to ensure teams are goal focused and that appropriate techniques are used
- Conduct regular assessments of group work , meeting management and reporting
- Monitoring & reporting of product quality and assessing the impact of CFT action plans on the product
- Facilitate self-audits and motivational team talks on a monthly basis
- Facilitate departmental problem solving training workshops when required
- Co-ordinate documentation related to the FAP Circle
