Our client is urgently seeking a Farm Manager for their National Operation based 30 kilometres from Naboomspruit.

It is for a Blue Berry project. The farm is 100 hectares and you will grow a team of approximate 3000 workers over 3 years that you need to manage. You do not necessarily need experience with blue berries; however you need to have a proven record of working with either fruits or vegetables.

You need to be independent, well presented, self-motivated, team leader, extremely organised and a problem solver.

Minimum of 3 - 4 Years managing people on a Fruit or Vegetable Farm.

Minimum Qualification: Matric or equivalent.

You need to be able to communicate in Afrikaans and English fluently.

Package: R45 000 – R30 000 depending on experience + Housing and Company vehicle
