We’ve partnered with a wine production company to recruit a Farm Manager for their production units in the Witzenberg Valley.

The incumbent, who will report to the Winemaker, will be responsible for all the related production activities including planting, watering, fertilizing and pruning. The effective management of the total human resources component, reporting to this position, is a key requirement as well as all related administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a:

Tertiary qualification in Agriculture
Minimum of 2 years related farming experience
Sound staff management skills
Hands-on approach.
