Description: A company in the poultry industry is looking for a Farming Operations Manager to join their team. Key duties will include but is not limited to: apply & monitor agricultural production systems and control quality parameters; interpret and apply agricultural technology; manage machinery & equipment and optimize raw material stock; manage farming operations for profitability; identify possible disasters and apply precautions; manage team.

Key Requirements: Relevant National Training Certificate/National Diploma with at least 5 years’ work experience in the broiler industry required.

Additional Requirements: Good communications (written and verbal), planning and organizing skills; excellent people skills; proven managerial skills.

Remuneration: Market related and based on qualification and experience.

Starting date: As soon as possible.
