Requirements:
BCom Marketing Degree
2 years Facilitator experience

Duties:
Assist traders/sales staff with all the trading related support functions
Administer the full facilitating function
Administer transport related activities for local and export customers
Receiving of orders placed with traders by customers for further processing
Following up and solving any discrepancies, queries and taking the required corrective action
Arranging of transport applicable to the delivering of products for export
Keeping records of and files for all documents.
Printing all invoices and GIV’s, attaching all documents and scans and e-mailing to customers
Liaising with the Store regarding the loading of trucks in order to provide feedback to customers
Following up on all transport arrangements and monitoring of progress and keeping traders and customers informed of ETA’s and any changes in ETA’s.
Assisting with customer and transport related queries.
Assisting with answering of phone calls, taking of orders and handing messages/orders
