We urgently require an english and afrikaans speaking female that has worked in a contact centre handling insurance claims for more than 5 years. Claims experience within the cctv,alarm as well as other electrical claims would be an added advantage.
Skills required:
Must be computer literate
Must be able to handle pressure
Multitasking in creating orders and dispatching technicians
Ability to process jobcards and upload information on the claims system.
