Minimum Requirements:
Previous Sales or Marketing experience
Related tertiary qualification
Strong customer service skills
Sales experience
Ability to work independently
Self motivated and self driven
Good negotiation skills
Job Specification:
Searching, screening and short listing of quality candidates
Building client relationships
Typing, formatting and submitting CV’s
Liaising with clients
Negotiating of offers between candidate and client until successful placement is made
Daily Admin Duties i.e updating relevant database
