Lady, Must have strong sales experience in the service sector, Must be non AA, computer literate (Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet & E-mail). Duties: To obtain the monthly target in respect of new Subscribers as set by the Sales Director. The S.E. attends the weekly sales meeting at the time and venue set by the S.D. and other meetings as required. The S.E. is expected to attend all training sessions that are set by the S.D. and to review all material as required. To ensure that all appointments with customers are completed timeously, and that follow-ups are expedited. Ensuring that expected monthly appointment targets are met. Should an appointment with a customer be cancelled this is to be discussed with the S.D. - together with sound reasons for the cancellation. Presenting feedback to the S.D on a frequent basis keeping same informed of progress and or where assistance may be required. Presenting feedback to our webmaster on a regular basis - ensuring that same is kept abreast of how the product is received by the industry. Forwarding clients suggestions etc. Daily updating of appointments on the “sales tracking system” and setting of follow up dates. It must be stipulated whether the clients P/C was used or it was the N/C. Should the customer experience difficulty with the system, the S.E. Will be required to call back and effect problem resolution. The S. E. shall under no circumstances adjust or attempt to repair technical faults or problems on client’s computers. The S.E. will constantly strive to obtain information regarding new industry projects and pass this information to the Hilton office. Once a subscription is concluded the S.E. Undertakes to complete training, ensure the companies details are correctly entered into the directory, complete bulk loading of projects to facilitate receipt of updates. The S.E. will constantly gather information regarding the “competitor companies” and update this information on the site created for this purpose. Any other activities as set out by the S.D. To ensure that conduct is at all times positively representative of the company. TARGETS: Appointments-Min 15 per week which would include new (some are made by telesales), CRM and training appointments. Sales - R9000 (ex VAT) per month
