Fiber Optic Team Leader or Supervisor in Gauteng to work on a large long term project.
Must have: •3 Years Supervisory experience on fibre builds •CFOT accreditation •Carry out duties in accordance to the health and safety act
Job Description:
• Supervise all teams end to end
• Oversee installations, Maintenance and repairs
• Keep abreast of Health and Safety requirements and standards and give regular feedback to the Safety and Quality officer and employees
• Meticulous attention to detail when it comes to administration
• Honest and reliable with a 3year old driver’s license
• Report on daily activities to the operations manager
• Ensure correct stock is issued and returned on each project
• Maintain and safe guard all company assets and equipment
• Inform the supervisor when equipment is due for a service
• Ensure that all team members wear appropriate APP clothing and PPE
• Carry out daily duties on site in accordance to APP standards and ensure site file is updated
• Transfer skills to team members
• Civil qualification and added advantage
• Safety certifications a must
• Honest and reliable with a 3year old driver’s license
